Louisiana Highway 3137 (LA 3137) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Plaquemines Parish. It spans 3.69 miles (5.94 km) in a south to north direction. It is commonly known as English Turn Road or River Road.
From the south, LA 3137 begins at the intersection with LA 39 (at foot of the Belle Chasse-Scarsdale Ferry landing). It follows the river and ends less than four miles (6 km) later at another intersection with LA 39. This highway was the previous routing of LA 39 until the 1970s
LA 3137 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
